Pink and Plain – Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery:

We deliver all over Egypt. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location. Please double-check your address and contact number when placing your order.

2. Returns & Exchanges:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the item.

• Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.

• No returns or exchanges on discounted items.

• Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after being placed. After that, we can’t guarantee cancellation.

4. Payment Methods:

5. Sizing Help:

Each product has its size chart in the description. Not sure which size to pick? DM us and we’ll help you out
